The amount of the Security Deposit is £300 and shall stand as  security and be applied against electricity and heating and, without limiting liability, against any breach of The Contract by you or by any member of your party. Unless there is a valid deduction to be made, the Security Deposit or the balance of the Security Deposit shall be returned to you within a reasonable time after the end of the occupancy.

Cancelation of Wolborough

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the property becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control and shall have no liability whatsoever to you in respect this and that any amounts paid by you shall be refunded in full.


If you or any member of the holiday party commits a serious breach of these Conditions then we have the right to terminate your Booking and if you are already in occupation of Wolborough then we shall have the right to ask you to vacate Wolborough forthwith. In such circumstances no refund of the price paid by you will be made.



 Where damage is caused to Wolborough other than by fair wear and tear during the term of the occupancy, by you or any member of the holiday party, you the person named on the Booking Form shall be primarily liable irrespective of the person who caused the damage and shall and herby do afford us, a full and complete indemnity in respect thereof.




We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party or to your property or theirs except where such loss or damage is due to our negligence. If we are negligent, our liability to you or any member of your party will be limited to the loss or damage which was a foreseeable result of such negligence. Except in the case of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, the total liability of us to you or to any member of your party either in contract or in tort shall be limited in the aggregate to the price agreed to be paid by you for the right to use Wolborough for the period agreed. Where you are a customer acting in the course of your business, this condition shall apply mutatis mutandis. We do not accept liability to customers acting in the course of a business for losses of profits, business, contracts, goodwill, anticipated savings, expenses, consequential losses or other similar losses for any reason whatsoever. To the extent permitted by law and except in the case of personal injury or death resulting from our negligence, the maximum limit of our liability to business customers whether in contract, tort negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall be the price agreed to be paid by you for the right to use the property for the period agreed.
